-          All players must be 18+ years of age.

-          Players must attend 3 games to be eligible for the playoffs. (Injury exception)

-          Note: Rosters must be submitted by the end of the 3rd week.  If a roster is not submitted, then only the names of players on the game sheets for the first three weeks will be permitted to participate in the playoffs if they attend at least 3 games.

-          Each half will consist of 20 minutes running clock.  The clock will stop on all timeouts and during all dead balls during the last 2 minutes of each half.

-          Mercy rule: the clock will continue to run at the end of the game inside 2 minutes with at least an 18 point spread and will run inside 1 minute with at least a 14 point spread. (The clock will always stop for time outs)

-          Each team will have 3 time outs per game.

-          Players will foul out after receiving their 5th personal foul.

-          Teams will shoot 1 and 1 beginning with the 7th foul, and begin to shoot 2 shots on the 10th foul. 

-          A player caught cursing by an official will be called for a personal foul.

-          Excessive cursing during the year by a player may result in a suspension.

-          Players receiving an un-sportsmanlike technical foul will be ejected from that game.

-          Players receiving a second un-sportsmanlike technical foul will be ejected from that game and suspended for 1 game. (Note: the player must attend the game that they are suspended from)

-          Players receiving a third un-sportsmanlike technical foul will be suspended for the remainder of the season.

-          Players that receive a flagrant foul will be ejected from that game. (PIAA rule)

-          Players that receive a flagrant foul in the second half will be ejected from that game and suspended for 1 game. (Player must attend game to serve suspension)

-          Note: A flagrant foul may result in an indefinite suspension.

-          All suspensions will carryover into the playoffs.

-          Devotions will be given before every 7:30 game.  The devotion is scheduled for 7:20 or immediately following the 6:25 game if that is later than 7:20.  Players must be in attendance at the start of the devotion or they will not be permitted to play in the first half of that game.  Teams will be required to stay for a devotion following their 6:25 game.  Any player that does not stay for the devotion will not be permitted to play in the first half of the next game they attend

-          Teams must have at least 4 players to play a game.  (The opposing team has the choice of allowing the team with 4 players to pick up an available person in the gym to give them their 5th player.) 

-          The team captain should be the only player to discuss situations with an official.

-          Fighting will not be tolerated and will result in expulsion from the league.

-          Any player that throws a punch (whether it lands or not) will result in expulsion from the league.  

-          All 6 teams will make the playoffs.

 

LEAGUE COMMISSIONER WILL MAKE THE FINAL DECISION IN ALL DISPUTES
